New Circles is here for you.
“I feel like thanking you again and again in each and every sentence of mine for all the love, care and affection you showed towards a family of doctor, who is at present in a difficult time…”
All of our services are 100% free and require only a brief, confidential registration.
Everyone is welcome. While we get most of our clients through referrals from social workers, shelters, food banks and schools, we also have clients who find us through friends or community announcements.
We work hard to ensure an inclusive, respectful and confidential atmosphere. Because we are a private entity, we do not report names and contact information to government agencies.
Please click on any of our services below to learn more about them.
Clothing Program
"For a jobless person, it's a great financial support. I get casual clothes as well as clothes that I need for job interviews."
It is our strong belief at New Circles that everyone deserves decent and presentable attire. Along with food and shelter, clothing is essential - having presentable clothing helps to build self esteem and confidence. Despite the importance of clothing, it is often times the last thing many new and low income Canadians can afford.
- We stock only new and gently used clothing. We have a wide range of clothing from underwear and socks to coats, sneakers and winter boots. We have clothing for children, teens, adults and seniors. When you come in, you may shop for your entire family.
- In addition to clothing, we carry household linens like sheets, blankets, table cloths, and towels.
To book your clothing appointment today, please call our office at 416-422-2591
Seniors' Mobile Mall
- Seniors are underserved by many social service agencies because they are most likely to have mobility and transportation limitations. New Circles recognizes that seniors need our help, but may not be in a position to visit us. To meet their needs, we have developed a travelling clothing program.
- This is an outreach project. New Circles sets up a mall-like environment in various low-income seniors' buildings to provide clothing and accessories to the residents. It is a big hit amongst the residents and meets a great need.
- In addition to clothing, we provide sheets, blankets, table cloths, and towels.

Santa Sac Program
The Santa Sac program, an offshoot based on the success of Holiday Angel, provides holiday gifts for seniors, who are so often forgotten in this child and family-oriented season.
- Hard working crews of volunteers from Timothy Eaton Memorial Church and Grace Church on the Hill create 125 Santa Sacs for elderly men and women early in December.
- New Circles delivers these in Flemingdon Park, Thorncliffe Park and Victoria Village to seniors with limited resources or support.
- It is a pleasure to see their excitement and big smiles when they receive a sac full of new reading material, warm clothing, personal items and holiday treats.
- It is often the only gift that they will receive. Your financial
donation or any gift in kind would be
appreciated as we grow this successful program.
“Regardless of the materialistic value of the gifts – you have a given us a spiritual boost. The value of the act cannot be described in words.”
Holiday Angel Program
"New Circles has helped me a lot by making my child feel more comfortable at school."
- In the Holiday Angel Program, selected families are matched with donor individuals and groups. The donors provide basic necessities as gifts to the families based on their individual needs.
- Gifts include new clothing, groceries and household items, that could not otherwise be purchased by the families. The Holiday Angel Program fosters values of caring and philanthropy throughout the community.
Volunteer Program
- Our volunteer program is a unique feature of New Circles and an integral part of who we are. Volunteers have made up the majority of our workforce right from the beginning and continuously contribute so much to the day-to-day operation and development of our organization.
