New Circles is always in need of volunteers and welcomes inquiries. We rely
on our body of volunteers to support the daily administration and function of
our agency. We ask for a minimum commitment of 2
hours per week.
There are many ways to get involved with New Circles. If you are unable to make an ongoing time commitment, you may be interested in donating your professional services. We are always looking for skills training seminar leaders and other professional consultants.
We welcome you to join our incredible team of dedicated volunteers that tend to the daily operation of our various programs and ensure the front door is always open and welcoming.

- Our community volunteers live in the surrounding neighbourhood and volunteer as part of a work experience program to gain some Canadian work-related skills, develop new language skills or just to help out. We are proud to note that several of our volunteers have acquired necessary skills at New Circles and moved on to full time employment.
- Additionally, many volunteers commute to Flemingdon from across the GTA, and generally give one or two days each week to care, counsel, sort and serve. They too are a diverse and talented group who bring a vital mix of experiences and enthusiasm to their task. Their commitment and dedication is what keep us all going.
- Many community members support us with their donations of clothing for our Clothing Program and with donations for the Holiday Angel Program.
- Dedicated school children and their teachers have organized clothing drives for our Clothing Program.

New Circles is gearing up for the winter season! We are seeking new and gently used winter coats. We are always accepting clothing donations, however, at this time we have a particular need for winter items.
Donations can be dropped off at New Circles.
Looking to organize a philanthropic event? We encourage you to run a clothing drive on our behalf! Arrangements for pick-up can be made for large quantities of donations.

New Circles is seeking Holiday Angels for our upcoming Holiday Angel Program 2010. This program matches donor families with families in need to ensure that each family member receives much needed items during the holiday season.

New Circles is seeking volunteers who have access to a vehicle and would like to donate their time on a casual basis. Drivers are needed to pick-up clothing donations from various locations in the GTA. This volunteer position is very flexible, as we only require drivers on an on-call basis.

Are you interested in volunteering from the comfort of your own home? New Circles Community Services is designing a Virtual Volunteer Program.
This email-based network of people will help us tap into their personal and professional networks. For example, if our bedding supply runs dry, the Volunteer Coordinator will send an email out to all the Virtual Volunteers. The volunteers will then be asked to put out an e-bulletin to their friends and family.
